Beady Eye Touring UK This Spring English rock band Beady Eye announced recently they plan to expand their scheduled UK tour in April 2011. The band’s previous concert dates sold out so quickly that the band decided to add more dates all around the country. The Beady Eye UK Tour will promote sales of their new album, Different Gear, Still Speeding. The band’s debut single “The Roller” has already received nearly 400,000 views on Youtube in addition to significant radio air time.
Beady Eye was formed in 2009 by former Oasis band members: singer Liam Gallagher, guitarist Gem Archer, and bassist Andy Bell.
Beady Eye Concert Tickets will be available starting on 11 April for a Nottingham Rock City concert. Then the band will head to Liverpool’s Guild of Students concert on 12 April before heading to double-header Dublin Olympia Theatre concerts on 14 and 15 April. Belfast’s Ulster Hall will host the band on 17 April, as will Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on 18 April. The band will next travel to two O2 Academies: Newcastle on April 20 and Leeds on 21 April. The Newport Centre will receive the band on 23 April before the Wolverhampton Civic plays host on 24 April. Finally, Beady Eye will play Southhampton’s Guildhall on 26 April and the Brighton Centre on 27 April.
