The controversy has been sparked because Model Flippa Hamilton who is a size 4 model was fired as she could not fit into sample sizes. She had worked for Ralph Lauren for 8 Years.
Flippa was not planning to go public on what happened but when Ralph Lauren photo shop a image of her she decided enough is enough
