Ringo Starr to tour in June with all starr band

Ex Beetle Ringo Starr is to tour the UK in June 2011. The former Beatles drummer will play 6 dates, together with his All Starr Band. The band includes Edgar Winter as well as 6 other musicians. The short tour begins with a show at London’s Hampton Court on June 17th 2011, he then plays a hometown concert at Liverpool Empire on the 18th. The tour takes in shows in Manchester, Glasgow and ends in Bournemout on the 24th June 2011.
Ringo Starr as well as being in the Beatles has had a successful solo career, as a singer and songwriter, and he is also known to millions who grew up with him narrating Thomas the Tank Engine.
His live show will draw inspiration from Drawing inspiration from classic blues, soul, country, honky-tonk and rock ‘n’ roll. Ringo Starr will play songs like ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’, ‘Don’t Pass Me By’ and ‘Octopus’ Garden’ i ‘Photograph,’ ‘It Don’t Come Easy,’ ‘Back Off Boogaloo,’ ‘You’re Sixteen (You’re Beautiful And You’re mine),’ ‘Don’t Go Where the Road Don’t Go,’ ‘The No No Song,’ and ‘Never Without You.’
