Suede Tickets Brixton Academy Full Album Concerts

Suede to Play Three Original Studio Albums Live The English alternative rock band Suede has announced they will play three shows at London’s Brixton O2 Academy. Each show will feature Suede playing one of their first three studio albums. Tickets for 19 May 2011 at the O2 Academy will feature the band playing their self-titled debut album from 1993. Suede will play Dog Man Star, the band’s second album from 1994, on 20 May 2011. The band will finish up on 21 May by playing Coming Up, the band’s 1996 album.

The Britpop band received the distinction of being named the “Best New Band in Britain” in 1992. Their debut album was a wildly popular album that is credited as having started the Britpop movement in the 90’s. The band today features original singer Brett Anderson, original drummer Simon Gilbert, original bass player Mat Osman, Neil Codling, and Richard Oakes. The band recently played a show in London in December 2010 and the response was so popular that the band decided to offer more shows to London Suede fans. The band has played their studio albums to live crowds in years past to huge success.
