The Prodigy return in In January 2010 to play some small intimate venues which did not make the cut for the Invaders Must Die tour. The tour starts in Doncaster (21st Jan), and takes in Bridlington, then Blackpool, Plymouth, Southend-on-Sea and finally Bournemouth (27th Jan) The seaside tour should not be missed.

Now, don’t get me wrong…i LOVE Prodigy. However, i’m only 16 and i can’t go to gig on my own, so my parents either buy two tickets for me and a friend or they arrange for me to go with a friend who already has a ticket. However, my parents are very poor (due to the recession and my mums disabilities) and are both avid music lovers. They can’t afford to pay even half of the £32.50 LET ALONE £65 for two tickets! I think it’s really unfair, because so many bands have risen to huge fame and have remembered the ‘little people’ who have brought them to where they are now and have kept their prices at an affordable rate (Lostprophets – £16!) But the majority of bands have this thing where they take the fame too far and rise the prices of their conerts which makes the people who bought their cd’s and support them (who have very little income) feel left out as they can’t go to the concerts of their favourite bands. I think FatboySlim had the right idea.
